If I had to designate my philosophy, it would be sympathy punk.
- Feeling sorry for everyone.
- Rejecting both left-wing and right-wing dogma about who doesn’t deserve to be understood.
- Rejecting deserve completely, in favor of want.
- Unshackling human compassion, intellectually but obnoxiously, to a vague, utopian end.
